Delivery Areas
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders unless otherwise stated. Products are supplied through our trusted manufacturing partners and delivered directly to your chosen delivery address.
Standard Delivery
Standard pergola orders are typically processed promptly, with delivery usually taking 2–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Larger items may be delivered via specialist courier services due to their size and weight.
Delivery Notes
- Pergolas are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly unless otherwise agreed.
- Please ensure suitable access is available for large deliveries.
- Delivery dates are estimated and may occasionally vary due to courier schedules, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Custom Collection Delivery
Our Custom Collection is manufactured to your individual specifications and follows a different production timeline to our standard range.
Once your specification has been confirmed and your CAD drawing has been approved, production typically takes 15–20 working days.
Where a bespoke colour finish has been selected, please allow an additional 5–7 working days for completion.
Free UK mainland delivery applies in the same way as the rest of our range, and all Custom Collection orders are fully insured throughout transit.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains any missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. This allows us to investigate the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
